Figures are starting points for a typical single-structure scope. The fee is fixed in writing at the scoping call once sheet count and detail depth are set — two revision rounds included on every package.
We arrive on site, field-measure the existing structure, and turn the raw dimensions into a clean, scaled existing-conditions drawing — the base layer every renovation or permit set is built on. No prior drawings required.
The plan-check-ready package your jurisdiction needs to issue the permit — dimensioned plans, a proper sheet index, code and scope notes, and a title block matched to your firm. We draft directly from your markup, a prior DWG, or a hand sketch.
Connection details, sections, and schedules coordinated line-for-line to your engineer's calc package. We produce the drawings; your licensed engineer runs the calcs and applies the stamp — our sheets lock to theirs so nothing drifts in the field.
The complete coordinated CD package — cover sheet to the last detail — with one full architectural/structural coordination pass so the trades build from one source of truth. Bespoke scope, priced after the drawings are mapped out together.

We rebuild scanned or flattened PDFs into clean, editable CAD geometry — real lines and layers, not a traced raster image sitting under a drawing.
A second site measure for a phased remodel, a missed room, or a change discovered after the first walk — within the South Bay service area.
